Media reports said the STL is expected to issue its indictment in the autumn. In fact, political and sectarian tensions have gripped Lebanon since Hizbullah leader Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah said in a speech in July that Prime Minister Saad al-Hariri told him that the STL's indictment would implicate some Hizbullah members in the assassination of his father, Rafik al-Hariri.
